At ILIOS, we’re focused on bringing flavor and joy to meals and time with loved ones. As a family-owned and operated business, we know the importance of these moments. That’s why we hand-blend all of our products in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients.
Our journey began with bread, olive oil, and a glass of wine at the dinner table. As we experimented with different spices for the olive oil, our signature Mediterranean blend was born. From there, we drew inspiration from our favorite recipes to create a range of spice and herb blends.
Each blend is handmade with love in Charleston, South Carolina – a place that holds special meaning for us as it’s where many of the family dinners that inspired ILIOS took place.
